We understand that fashion choices may sometimes change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The following cancellation policy explains the process:  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.  
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team by email.  
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
   

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after the product has been delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

We currently do not allow changes to items or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. You will need to cancel the order, if eligible, and place a new order.
