Eligibility for Returns  

• Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
• All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original condition.  
• Products that have been worn, washed, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.  
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.  
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.  
   

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    

Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to scalableinfotechprivatelimit28@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos    

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs showing the issue to help us process your request more quickly.  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary details and instructions for completing the return process.  

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions. You will then be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction has been completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item only partially meets the return requirements, such as in cases of minor damage or missing packaging, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly send clear photos or videos showing the issue via email so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
