Shipping Locations  

We currently provide delivery to all pin codes across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe is generally between 3–8 business days, helping ensure that your latest fashion selections reach you promptly.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request re-delivery.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.  

If a shipment is lost while in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner.
